A Cowicha ritual that enacts the myth of a boy who dives into a lake and discovers the spirits living there (see Swaixwe). They entertained him and gave him magical powers, and sent him back to his people with a mask, known as the Swaikhway Mask. The tribal elder wears this mask during the ritual.
