Sugaar
His name means "male snake". He is represented as a serpent or dragon that lives in subterranean caverns and can fly, even if in most legends it has no wings. Sugaar travels through the sky in the shape of a half-moon of fire and thus could be a personification of lightning (others being Iņizitu, Oaztargi and Tximistarri). Belonging to Basque mythology, he is often merged with Maju, Mari's wife.
