Three stellar gods of good fortune, which is a favorite motif in Chinese folk art. The are historical personalities who were deified in recognition of the special merits they accumulated. The san-hsing are: Fu-xing (Lucky Star), Lu-xing (Star of Honor) and Shou-xing (Star of Longevity).
