Manes. They live in Pitru-loka. Shraaddhaas (ceremonies addressed to manes) are performed for them and offering of food is made in these ceremonies. It is said that one month of humans is equal to one day for Pitru-devatas/Pitru-ganas. Our fortnight from New Moon to Full Moon is their daytime and the next fortnight is their night.
