A giant with teeth like burning logs from Fijian mythology. He used to terrorize the villages, snatching up people for his daily meal. One time, a group of some young man banded together and set out to kill the giant. They raised a big rock and managed to smash the giant's skull. Flaming Teeth died, but the people brought branches to keep the fire going, and so they now had fire.
